Hello! My name is Lauren, but my friends call me Lo. I am a 20 year old student at Saint Louis University. I am also a Kansas Citian with a passion for running, shopping, eating and cooking/baking! Right now I am focusing on trying to find out what I want to do in the future, while maintaining a balanced lifestyle that makes me happy. I ran cross country in high school, but never really considered myself a “runner” as it was more of a social activity. This past year I have increased my mileage and have genuinely become in love with running. I recently completed my first half marathon and am training for my second in June.
I am very blessed with an amazing, supporting family and friends that have been there for me over the fast few difficult years. I owe everything to them, and this blog is a way to stay connected away from home. If you have any questions let me know!
